He clearly was insightful in his day, not cognizant of his long range truth and application in our world today. Our Goals:

  • STIMULATE EDUCATION - Inspire future generations to their greatest potential through the promotion and education of Art and Culture in educational institutions across America.

  • ENCOURAGE INVESTMENT - Support and encourage investment, expansion and assistance for film production throughout the U.S.

  • FUEL SMALL BUSINESS -Assist Small Businesses that depend in whole or in part on the U.S. film industry.

  • SUPPORT STATE PROGRAMS - Provide liaisons with States to promote film production; assist their Economic Development Departments and Film Commissions to mutually promote both film production and ancillary small businesses.

  • INSTILL VALUES - Promote the appreciation of integrity, compassion and perception through culture and art appreciation.

  • PROMOTE ACTIVISM - Provide a forum for actors, cinematographers, directors, writers and other interested people or organizations to have their individual and collective voices heard in city, state and national arenas to enhance our culture through the arts.
 
 
     
 
 

   Chairman's Message

Fellow Art Patrons,
     We draw many facets of our society from the creativity of both our forefathers and our contemporary artists - our architecture, our manufactured products and our entertainment. Art is critical to the development of culture. The capability to fuel the flame of creativity throughout our educational system has made us strong. The more creative a youngster's thought process, the better he or she is able to grasp scientific concepts and better handle complex problem solving.
     However, we are today at a crossroads! Our educational system finds the arts taking the economic hit when budgets must be cut. The intent of the Art & Culture Taskforce is to foster individual and collective efforts to promote and expand arts education throughout our great country and continue the tradition of being the pace setter in the contemporary world. We can make a difference!
